In need of a cleanse after indulging in a little too much over Easter? Green Banana smoothie bowl to the rescue. Packed with fibre, antioxidants and liver cleansing spirulina.
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp spirulina powder or supergreens powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 mango cheek
1 1/2 cups of rice milk
Blitz all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is achieved.
This recipe makes a 600ml smoothie.
