Jump into Detox Week with this bright and delicious Rainbow Salad.
10 – 12 kale leaves, finely chopped
1/8 white cabbage, shredded
1/8 red cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp of goji berries
4 lemon wedges
4 tbsp of tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp of water
1 tsp of spirulina
Combine all the ingredients and mix through thoroughly with a fork.
Combine all the ingredients and add dressing to taste.
