Seasonal Tip: Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!

During the festive and summer season, it’s so important to stay hydrated throughout the day. Carry a bottle of water everywhere you go. You can even add a little Himalayan salt and apple cider vinegar to your water for extra hydration and cleansing. Drink lots of iced herbal teas, fresh green juices (which are great during summer) and coconut water. Delivering a powerful punch of electrolytes and naturally occurring sugar to the body, coconuts are the ideal drink for their ability to re-energise and rehydrate. They are rich in potassium and are especially good for alkalising the body. You can also make your smoothies with coconut water for maximum hydration.
