Every day, you can enjoy delicious Beef Bone Broth and Chicken Broth from The Art of Whole Food at our Nature’s Servery self-serve section. Those who like to get creative in the kitchen can also buy frozen beef bones from our stores and follow below recipe ๐Ÿ™‚

How to make your own Immune Boosting Bone Broth:

3 big beef bones (grass fed)
1 celery stalk
1 carrot, whole with skin
1 big garlic clove, smashed with skin
2 small potatoes with skin
1 knob ginger
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup goji berries
1 bunch of kale stalks (or any veggies with roots stalks and
skin, we use kale as part of our hate waste program)
2 x teaspoon of Himalayan salt
6 x peppercorns
1/2 knob of turmeric

Place all the ingredients in a large pot, cover with filtered
water and cook on the lowest heat for 24 hrs. Cool
down and strain before putting into the fridge. Chilled broth
will have a layer of fat on the top. Skim the fat off and
place the liquid broth into freezer-safe containers. Store everything in the freezer until you want to enjoy it ๐Ÿ™‚
